Hello, we're Lauren & Kate 👋

Best friends, two mums. Eight boys between us. And a shared love of really good juice.

We're the women behind Elixir Freshly Frozen, a small, family-run business based on the beautiful Isle of Wight.

And if you'd told us years ago that we'd spend our days surrounded by mountains of fruit and vegetables, commercial juicers and freezers full of little bottles and sachets, we'd probably have laughed.

But here we are. And we absolutely love it.

It started with the juice we wanted to drink ourselves.

We began juicing because we loved how easy it made getting more fruit and vegetables into our everyday routines.

But anyone who's ever owned a juicer knows there's another side to it. The shopping. The chopping. The washing-up. And the occasional bag of spinach quietly giving up in the fridge.

We wanted all the good stuff, without quite so much of the faff.

Over time, we developed our own recipes, perfected our blends and eventually turned something we loved into a business.

And here's something we're really proud of: the juice we make for you is the same juice we drink ourselves.

No separate recipes created just to sell. Just the blends we've spent years making, tweaking and enjoying.

From one kitchen to two.

Over the years, we've lost count of how many people have asked us, "Do you make all this at home?"

And we completely understand why. We're a small family business, and you see plenty of our everyday lives on social media.

But behind the scenes, we have our own dedicated juice kitchen, complete with commercial juicing equipment and the systems we've spent years perfecting.

It's where we prepare, press and freeze our Elixirs in small batches, ready to send to customers across the UK.

And now, we've added a dedicated skincare kitchen too.

What began with our love of natural ingredients and wellbeing has grown into Elixir Skincare, where we handmake our skincare products in small batches, with the same attention to ingredients and quality that started it all.

Two kitchens. Two sides of Elixir. And the same two women behind both. ❤️

Freshly made. Frozen for whenever you need it.

Everything is cold-pressed in small batches here on the Isle of Wight, then frozen fresh.

Why frozen? Because life is busy. We know that better than most.

We wanted to make it easy to have delicious, thoughtfully made juice ready whenever you fancy it — without needing to shop for ingredients, get the juicer out or tackle the washing-up.

Today, we deliver our juices, tonics, shots and cleanses across the UK, making it easier to keep your freezer stocked with your favourites.

A little more about us.

When we're in the juice kitchen, we're usually wearing earphones, listening to completely different podcasts or playlists and barely saying a word to each other. 😂

After years of working together, we've got our routines down to a fine art.

We're hands-on with what we make, we care enormously about our ingredients, and we're still just as excited when someone tells us they've found their favourite Elixir.

However much things grow, the heart of Elixir stays the same.
